In July 2002, Tile Market of San Marco opened its doors with a singular mission: to bring the world’s most extraordinary surfaces to Jacksonville. Founded by Bill Page, the showroom was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between standard home finishes and the high-end, artisanal designs found in the design capitals of the world.

For nearly 24 years, we have been more than just a tile supplier—we’ve been a partner in the creative process for homeowners, interior designers, and architects throughout Northeast Florida. Under Bill’s dedicated leadership, we continue to curate collections that turn functional surfaces into works of art.

Brooke Shimp

Residential Sales & Showroom Manager

Brooke was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and has spent more than 20 years in the design industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where she developed a strong passion for color theory and the psychological impact color can have on a space.

With a background in commercial interior design, Brooke discovered her true love for residential design while designing and building her own home in 2008. She began her career in 2004, working with architectural and commercial design firms throughout Jacksonville before joining Tile Market of San Marco in 2016 as a Residential Sales Associate.

Brooke is passionate about helping clients select tile that not only enhances the beauty of a space but also reflects their personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Her goal is to create spaces that feel both timeless and uniquely personal.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, painting, singing, enjoying brunch, and watching fictional murder mysteries.

Colleen Berry Becker

Commercial Sales Manager

Colleen is a 4^th generation Jacksonville local with a deep connection to the community. She brings an intuitive eye and appreciation for how materials shape the feeling of the space. A graduate from Florida State University, she has 18 + years of experience from the fashion industry in sourcing, design, product development, buying, and sales - now focused on the world of architectural sales.

She collaborates closely with architects, interior designers, and builders to create spaces that feel elevated, functional, and within budget. Her projects span from custom applications to large- scale developments across many industries. It is important to her to be a strategic partner, offering thoughtful solutions and service. She wants clients to feel really excited about their projects and have a sense of ease, knowing that their projects will be taken of, from beginning to end.

Outside of work, Colleen is a mom of three, a 500-hour registered Yoga teacher and wellness educator. She loves art, concerts, creating, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Great Pyrenees.
